On Jan, 2, 2020 the ParaTransit Car Service program launched service from the mid-Westchester area (Westchester Medical Center) traveling to the southern parts of the County. The new vendor, Act Now, has been providing ParaTransit car service for the past seven years in the cities of Peekskill and White Plains.
ParaTransit guarantees you a trip but does not guarantee which service or vehicle will pick you up. Reserve your trip by calling (914) 995-7272. Follow the prompts as you have done in the past. All policies, rules and guidelines will remain in effect for all areas of our service.
