- Mission Statement: The Warner's Library's purpose is to meet the educational, informational, cultural and recreational needs of its community. This will be accomplished by providing library patrons with access to: Books, Reference Materials, Periodicals, Audio Books and CD Books, Convenient Internet Access, Audio Visual Materials, Program and Meeting Rooms for Civic Library Functions, Library Sponsored Programs and Activities for the community, Library Sponsored Outreach Services, and Programs for the Community.
