The Office for People with Disabilities compiles and maintains a list of agencies, programs, and businesses providing services for people with disabilities. The list has been categorized alphabetically, by disabilities served and by specific services provided.

List Your Agency in the Guide
We have made it easy and accessible to submit your agency's information for inclusion in our guide. You may now use our accessible online app to enter your details directly. See link to app below.
If you need or prefer not to use the online application, contact Jeff Zitofsky to request a printable version of the form. It can be emailed or mailed to you, and you may return it by email, fax, or mail once completed. His contact information is below.
