- Mission Statement: Statement: Our Overnight Respite Program is an OPWDD authorized Medicaid Waiver Service open to developmentally delayed children and youth ages 7-17. We provide a unique overnight program that combines 24 hour childcare with a camp setting, operating during school holidays and breaks. Our typical ratio is 1 staff to 2 campers and we have 24 hour nurse on site.
