Mission Statement: The Westchester Network for People with Disabilities is dedicated to providing social and recreational opportunities for the disabled and the general community. We are developing advocacy groups and have established an advocacy theater that teaches others about people with disabilities. We encourage empowering people to develop new relationships and be recognized as a significant part of the community. We provide transportation to our events which are chosen by our participants. Workshops are provided to our consumers twice yearly regarding issues that they want to be appraised about Trips occur one to two times per month based on our consumers suggestions.
